Condition Disclosure: All items (watches and jewellery) are inspected and their condition is described to the best of our ability. However, condition assessments are subjective and may vary.
Authenticity: We do not guarantee the authenticity of any item unless explicitly stated. Certificates of authenticity or original packaging should be provided by the seller, where applicable.
Pre-owned Items: All pre-owned items may show signs of wear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or faded materials. These do not affect the item's functionality unless otherwise noted.
Mechanical Watches: Mechanical watches are not guaranteed for time accuracy or water resistance unless serviced and tested. Regular maintenance is recommended. Our watches are serviced and tested for waterproof unless brand new.
Repairs and Modifications: Any repairs or modifications done prior to our possession of the item are not our responsibility. This includes replaced parts or aftermarket modifications.
Returns: Returns are only accepted if the item is significantly not as described and must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Item must be returned in the same condition as received.
Valuations: Any valuation provided is for reference only and not a guarantee of resale or market value.
Liability: We are not liable for any damage or loss that occurs after the item leaves our premises

Return and Refund Policy

2.Item condition

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all packaging, certificates, and tags intact.
Engraved or customised items are not returnable unless defective.

3.Reasons for return

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, incorrect item received, or issues with the mechanism.
For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), please contact us to discuss eligibility and any applicable fees.

4.How to start a return

Email info@faddzandco.com with your order number, item details, reason for return, and any supporting photos to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

5.Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong item.

6.Return shipping and fees

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was defective or mis-shipped by us.
